Calisthenics park at Palamós beach
New calisthenics park installed on the beach for Palamós residents and tourists to enjoy
Residents and tourists can now use the new calisthenics park installed at Playa Grande, in Palamós, next to the Mediterranean Sea.
It is a street workout structure of 8 round steel poles joined together with calisthenics bars at different heights for the practice of routines and exercises. At one end of the street workout structure, there is a quadrilateral of bars that is joined by a Swedish wall. At the other end of the calisthenics equipment, there is a zigzag equipment and, in the center of the structure, there are two calisthenics bars at different levels.
Next to the main calisthenics equipment, low height parallel calisthenics bars and 1.2-meter high parallel bars have been installed to allow both basic and initiation exercises as well as more advanced exercises that require a lot of practice and strength.
All the calisthenics equipment installed at Playa Grande in Palamós is made of hot-dip galvanized steel, thermosetting polyester paint, vandal-proof stainless steel screws and reinforced polymer flanges that are highly resistant to the weather. All of them include an explanatory use board made of high-density polyethylene.
