New senior fitness park in Zaragoza

The Zaragoza neighborhood of La Cartuja Baja now boasts a new senior fitness park installed by Industrias Agapito—an area specifically designed to promote physical activity and well-being among older adults. Located in a peaceful and accessible environment, the park reflects a strong commitment to active aging, community health, and outdoor living.

The park stands out for its variety and functional layout, offering a complete circuit to progressively and safely work on different physical abilities. Among the installed equipment is an obstacle path aimed at strengthening the lower limbs, as well as stations for shoulder rotation, waist twisting, and balance exercises. The park also includes arm mobility equipment such as a shoulder ladder and passive-assist machine, helping to improve flexibility and coordination.
In addition, several ergonomic benches are equipped with integrated features like pedals, psychomotor disks, arm rotation mechanisms, and Bohler and Freeman-style rehabilitation boards, turning each rest area into a new opportunity for physical activation.
