New Senior Fitness Park in the Czech Republic

The Moravian-Silesian Region in the Czech Republic now has a new outdoor fitness park equipped with exercise equipment developed by Industrias Agapito. This international project has been designed to promote active ageing through moderate physical activity in an accessible, safe environment adapted to the needs of older adults.

One of the main features of this senior fitness park is the double pedal seat, an equipment that allows users to perform comfortable and controlled pedalling movements. This exercise contributes to improving leg mobility, promoting circulation and maintaining physical fitness, making it an especially suitable activity for users’ everyday well-being.

The park also features the double arm bicycle bench, designed to exercise the upper-body muscles through a smooth and continuous movement. Also adapted for people with reduced mobility, this equipment promotes arm and shoulder strengthening without excessive strain, helping to maintain independence and joint mobility.

The proposal is completed with the double psychomotor rotating-disc bench, an element designed to stimulate coordination and mobility through rotational exercises that contribute to maintaining agility and movement control. Its design allows several users to exercise simultaneously, also encouraging social interaction during physical activity.

The circuit incorporates different outdoor fitness panels aimed at rehabilitation and maintaining joint mobility. These include equipment for wrist exercise, equipment that promotes shoulder mobility, and a shoulder and finger ladder particularly suitable for improving the range of movement in the arms and hands through progressive exercises.

The installation also includes an adapted maze panel, an element designed to stimulate coordination, manual dexterity and fine motor skills through easy-to-use guided routes. The equipment is complemented by arm wheels, a classic feature of outdoor fitness parks that helps strengthen the upper-body muscles and improve shoulder mobility through moderate-intensity exercises adapted to the abilities of older adults.

With this new project, Industrias Agapito continues to strengthen its international presence through the development of senior fitness parks that combine accessibility, innovation and the promotion of healthy lifestyles. The incorporation of equipment specifically designed for outdoor exercise contributes to creating public spaces focused on well-being, physical activity and improving quality of life.
