\u00a0INDUSTRIAS AGAPITO has added new Cross Training modules<\/strong><\/a> to its well-known calisthenics equipment, offering a much more diverse, entertaining, and comprehensive workout. With kettlebells of various weights and suspension ropes at different heights, individuals can perform a full-body workout.<\/p>\n

The new equipment includes the Double Cross Training Quadrilateral with 3 Kettlebells and 3 Suspension Ropes<\/strong><\/a>, the most complete of all. The kettlebells weigh 6, 9, and 12 kilos, allowing users to choose based on their strength or the type of workout they want to perform. The ropes also come in three sizes to target different parts of the body. The configuration of the elements provides enough space for people to exercise simultaneously without disturbing those next to them.<\/p>\n

Kettlebells are a weightlifting system on a guide bar that allows for a wide variety of exercises, working all the muscles in the body. This exercise increases strength, endurance, power, agility, and coordination. Additionally, the kettlebells feature two grip positions (wrist horizontal and vertical, with a slight inclination for performing convergent exercises).<\/p>\n

The suspension rope system allows the user to perform a wide variety of exercise routines using their own body weight and helps develop strength, flexibility, endurance, coordination, mobility, power, balance, and core stability, working the entire body. Lastly, this module incorporates horizontal bars to perform push-ups while supported on the bars.<\/p>\n

The Zigzag Cross Training module with 3 suspension ropes<\/strong><\/a> is a training system at different heights that allows the user to perform a wide variety of exercise routines using their own body weight. It helps develop strength, flexibility, endurance, coordination, mobility, power, balance, and core stability (h), working the entire body.<\/p>\n

Also in the same form is the Zigzag Cross Training module with 3 kettlebells.<\/strong><\/a> We find kettlebells of different weights (6, 9, and 12 kilos) that, through lifting on a guide bar, allow all the muscles of the body to be worked. Performing these exercises requires control of movements and correct body positioning to avoid injuries. The material from which it is made is the same as the rest of the modules, offering excellent quality for its preservation and safety (h)<\/p>\n

Lastly, the Quadrilateral Cross Training with Kettlebells and Suspension Ropes<\/strong><\/a> is a set consisting of two kettlebells weighing 9 and 12 kilograms and suspension ropes in two sizes: M and L. It is a smaller module than the first one, with one additional kettlebell and rope, but it still has enough elements to perform a complete workout.<\/p>\n

The entire new Street Workout cross training range from INDUSTRIAS AGAPITO<\/strong> is for users aged 14 and above, as established by Regulation EN16630:2015, under which all these modules are certified. The user should focus on the element when performing the exercise and do it individually. Calisthenics expands its training to a more diverse audience thanks to the incorporation of these new modules, allowing people to work out according to their abilities.<\/p>\n
