\u201cPunto de Vida\u201d<\/strong><\/a> is a meeting place where elderly people or people with reduced mobility in Baza, a municipality in Granada, can do physical exercise outdoors safely and surrounded by nature. A complete circuit of devices aimed at elderly people that will help them practice daily exercises in order not to lose mobility and promote agility, both physical and mental.<\/p>\n The senior playground<\/strong> at” La Alameda Park” is made up of an extensive range of sports equipment designed to work all parts of the body. All installed products are endorsed by a rehabilitation doctor and physiotherapist.<\/strong><\/p>\n A series of Stations have been enabled with different uses. The shoulder wheel Station<\/strong><\/a> is a classic among outdoor gym equipment for seniors as it easily exercises shoulder movement.
