Sergio Agapito, General Manager of Industrias Agapito, speaks in the presentation on \u201cProduct design, strategy and methodology\u201d in the 4th Series of Conferences on Design and Business <\/h2>\n

\n\tGreat success of the <\/span>conference on “Product design, strategy and methodology”<\/span> given by Industrias Agapito and <\/span>Activa Diseño<\/span><\/a> en la <\/span>Faculty of Economics and Business<\/span><\/a>, organised by the <\/span>Aragonese Industrial Design Centre (CADI)<\/span><\/a>, as part of the <\/span>4th Series of Conferences in Design and Business Empresa<\/span><\/a>. More than 100 students and specialists were able to learn about the project for the<\/span> “Spooky” range of playground play equipment<\/span>, thanks to Sergio Agapito (General Manager of Industrias Agapito) and Ana Malandía (Designer and Founding Partner of Activa Diseño design studio).<\/span><\/p>\n

\n\t<\/span><\/p>\n

\n\tThe speakers gave their views on how to make the most of design when managing products the company launches on the market. The conference presented the <\/span>success story of the <\/span>Spooky themed children’s playgrounds<\/span><\/a> from Industrias Agapito, recently presented at the <\/span>2019 FSB International trade fair for public space, sports and leisure facilities, in Germany.<\/span><\/a>  It was not only analysed from a strategic point of view, but also from the perspective of directing a marketing\/product department, and from a designer’s viewpoint.<\/span><\/p>\n

\n\t <\/p>\n

\n\tThe <\/span>Spooky series of playground equipment for public parks<\/span> consists of an attractive and functional set of multi-play structures, spring riders, slides, swings and playhouses. Its bold and colourful design stands out, modelled on a funny family of little monsters with bulging eyes, ferocious jaws, and vivid colours. This monster-themed kids range encourages the imagination of the youngest children by allowing them to live out fantastic adventures in a controlled and safe environment, <\/span>manufactured in accordance with European standard UNE EN 1176.<\/span><\/p>\n
