Mallorca Comes to Life with 39 New Outdoor Fitness Parks

Industrias Agapito is making good progress in the installation of the 39 outdoor fitness parks awarded by the Consell de Mallorca across various municipalities on the island. To date, 29 of the planned parks have already been completed, and several have been officially handed over in the presence of the Minister of Sports, Pedro Bestard.

These new outdoor fitness areas are designed for all types of fitness enthusiasts, aiming to promote physical activity for maintenance and performance improvement by working on coordination, mobility, strength, and endurance. The initiative seeks to provide municipalities with modern, accessible, and high-quality infrastructure that encourages healthy lifestyle habits among citizens.

The official project presentation took place in Llucmajor, in the Badia Gran area, where Bestard, together with the Mayor of Llucmajor, Maria Francisca Lascolas, and other local authorities, inaugurated one of the installed modules. After the event, a group of users participated in a practical session guided by a physical education instructor, putting the new equipment into use.
